We are currently seeking a responsible and experienced individual to join our team as a Commercial Pool Operator for a designated

route. The ideal candidate should possess a strong work ethic, be self-motivated, and exhibit excellent time management skills.

  Key Requirements:

💧Own/lease a reliable open bed pickup truck for traveling and hauling equipment  and chemicals between job sites
💧General knowledge of pool cleaning techniques and best practices
💧Understanding of water chemistry and its application in pool maintenance
💧Ability to properly clean and maintain pools to the highest standards
💧CPO certification preferred but not required

  Training and Compensation:

💧Training pay is dependent on experience and qualifications (DOE)
💧Pay increases will be available after successful completion of the training period
💧Bi-weekly pay schedule
💧Gas bonus provided with each paycheck

  Job Responsibilities:

💧Perform routine pool cleaning and maintenance tasks for commercial properties
💧Maintain proper water chemistry balance
💧Monitor and report any issues or concerns related to pool equipment or water      quality
💧Communicate effectively with clients and management
💧Ensure adherence to all safety protocols and industry regulations
